Rates
March 1 - Nov.15--$295 couple; $395 for three or more.
Nov. 16 - Feb. 28--$265 couple; $345 for three or more.
7 nights or more is 25% discount.
There is a cleaning fee of $75. There is an occupancy tax of 9%.
Reservations
We require the first night’s rental rate as a deposit to hold the reservation.
If you cancel 21 days or more prior to your arrival date your deposit is refunded.
