Terms and Conditions

By signing this card I agree to and/or certify the following:
I am 21 years of age or older. All of the information provided above is true and accurate. It is my responsibility to notify Benovia Winery of any address, telephone, email, credit card, or any other account changes. I am responsible for any state taxes and additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments. I will receive a minimum of six bottles of wine twice per year. At the time of shipment, Benovia Winery may charge my credit card on file for the cost of the wine plus any applicable taxes or shipping charges. All club shipments, once processed, are nonrefundable. If I choose to cancel the Benovia Club agreement after receiving a minimum of two shipments, I will notify Benovia Winery in writing. All of the information provided is true and accurate.

Standard ground shipping is included. All shipments require an adult signature for delivery; therefore, we recommend using a business address. Shipping is currently available to the following states: AK (limited zip codes), AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI. Benovia Winery does not guarantee the shipment of any wine. All shipments will be based on availability of wine.

Written notice is required to cancel membership. Please e-mail BenovianClub@benovia.com with your request to discontinue membership.
