Savoy Vineyards

Located in Mendocino county in the Anderson Valley this vineyard sits just off of highway 128 and west of Philo.  Rich Savoy was a former book store owner in San Francisco and now is a premier grower of wine grapes in Anderson Valley.  His vineyards show great attention to detail and a passion for growing grapes.

We currently receive clones 114,115, Martini, Calera, and Pommard from this vineyard.  Wines from this vineyard tend to be earthy with forest floor, and rich berry character.  The wines are slow to evolve but come around to beautifully drinking wines…some of  our favorites.  Rich Savoy also sells to Littorai, Radio Coteau, and Roessler to name a few.
