We sell our wine through our customer list and have two releases a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. To become a customer, click on buying wine and fill in the requested information. 2008 Sonoma Mountain Chardonnay

This Chardonnay comes from the Four Brothers Vineyard along the western slope of Sonoma Mountain. One of those brothers happens to be our very own winemaker Mike Sullivan. This vineyard is situated in a cool microclimate because of its proximity to the cold wind and fog that blow through the Estero Gap from the Pacific Ocean.

This wine was whole cluster pressed and fermented with indigenous yeast in barrel and aged for 14 months in 40% new French oak. It is bursting with aromas of acacia blossom, citrus oil and tropical fruits. These lively aromas are followed by layer after layer of sweet apple and candied pineapple. Hints of vanilla bean and baking spices round out this complex and delicious wine.

2008 La Pommeraie Chardonnay

This vineyard sits along the Laguna Ridge at the edge of Green Valley AVA and is meticulously farmed by George Martinelli. Once a spectacular apple orchard we pay homage to the Martinelli family and the history of the site by naming the wine “La Pommeraie”—french for apple orchard.


This wine was fermented with indigenous yeast and received weekly battonage. It was aged in 47% new French oak barrels for 16 months. Intense and concentrated this single vineyard Chardonnay has vibrant flavors of strawberry papaya and ripe pineapple. It has great length and bright natural acidity with exceptional complexity. 

There are 350 cases of this most sought after Chardonnay.

2009 Rosé of Pinot Noir

Our fourth release of the Rosé of Pinot Noir is a blend of fruit from both Russian River and Green Valley. It is produced using the Saignee method.
  

This wine is a delightful accompaniment to a light summer lunch, a leisurely picnic or a laid-back summer evening. It has vibrant strawberry and late-summer watermelon aromas with echoing flavors supported by good acidity and a citrus-like finish.

2008 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

This wine has been a favorite with our customers every year. The 2007 vintage was sensational and the 2008 follows right on its heels. This wine comes from several vineyards including the Martaella vineyard at the winery and the Petersen vineyard south of Sebastopol. It is picked in very early morning and rigorously hand sorted prior to destemming and then receives a second sort prior to fermentation. Only beautiful berries go into this wine.

Intense aromas of dark plum, black cherry and East Indian spices introduce this powerful and intense Pinot Noir. On the palate the wines juicy mouthfeel is supported by centered acidity building through the mid-palate to the fine grain tannins on the finish. This wine bears Mike Sullivan’s trademark of impeccable balance with precision and opulence. Buy it by the case and you will be happy for years to come.
