Approximately 10% of our total production is devoted to Zinfandel from cold, coastal sites in the Russian River and Sonoma Coast.

Zinfandel

This dynamic and powerhouse Zinfandel comes from the Cohn Vineyard planted in 1975.  The vines are planted on a steep and rocky slope with gnarled, old, dry-farmed vines that produce small and compact clusters with incredible fruit intensity and bright acidity.  Lively aromas of vine-ripened blackberries are followed by Provencal herbs and fresh-cracked white pepper.  This wine is part of our fall release.
