Prawn Skewers
Prawns sautéed with smokey paprika, garlic, olive oil and lemon.
Spanish Chorizo Crostini
A spread of Romesco sauce on thin toasted french bread, topped with Spanish Iberico chorizo.
Paella Campesina with Shrimp
Tender boneless chicken thighs with Spanish Bilboa sausage, browned and simmered with onions, garlic, tomatoes, lemons, saffron-infused rice and a variety of vegetables then topped with garlic shrimp.
