Coronavirus Preparedness at Benovia Winery

If you’re looking for a relaxing break, we welcome you to visit Benovia Winery. We recognize the impact and uncertainty that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is creating in our communities, and we want to reassure you that our number one priority at Benovia Winery is the health and safety of our employees, customers, and families. While our winery and Ranch House visitor center at the Martaella Estate vineyard remain open at this time, we’re constantly monitoring developments and taking protective steps.

Providing safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for Benovia Winery. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, and want you to feel at ease when you visit, knowing you’ll experience the quality you’ve come to expect from us. To that end, we are following the guidelines provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local authorities. Among other recommended tactics, we are providing hand sanitizer stations throughout our Ranch House, we are frequently cleaning high-touch areas, and employing a number of other solutions as recommended by health officials.

As always, tastings at Benovia are hosted one-on-one in private nooks within the Ranch House, or out on our spacious deck overlooking our beautiful, sustainably-farmed Martaella Vineyard that surrounds our winery – allowing for privacy and space from other guests.

This is an evolving situation and our team at Benovia Winery is constantly receiving updates on recommended protocols and procedures. As of right now, we will continue to welcome travelers to our winery and Ranch House visitor center, including our upcoming Crab Feed – and we’ll keep you posted on the status of upcoming events.
